If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, no need to worry. It happens. We’re happy to help you solve your problem. And if you have a question we have not yet answered, please contact us via the from below.

REFUNDS

For online purchases, Al Thawb will refund you the purchase price of the product:

Returned in its original packaging
Must be unused
In the same condition that you received it
Must have receipt or proof of purchase

RETURNS

You will have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it by directly returning the product to Al thawb with the original invoice.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited.

Items that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This must be arranged by yourself. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products and packaging.
